Clinical Services

Through the Clinical Services Division, Waco-McLennan Public Health provides Immunization Services, Tuberculosis Prevention and Care, and HIV/STI Services.

Charity Care Program

Waco-McLennan Public Health is committed to ensuring that everyone in our community seeking our services has access to them within their budget. We participate in the Charity Care Program through HHSC to assist members of our community who may be unable to cover out-of-pocket costs for necessary services. Applications for this program are available at registration in any of our Public Health Clinics.

Immunization Services

Immunization Clinic offers all recommended vaccines for children and adults, including Typhoid.

HIV/AIDS Services & STI Clinic

HIV/AIDS Services provides anonymous and confidential HIV antibody testing and Syphilis testing. The STI clinic provides diagnosis, treatment, and counseling for sexually transmitted infection clients in order to minimize the spread of disease in the community.

Charity Care Policy

This policy applies to covered public health services provided by Waco-McLennan County Public Health District Clinics to uninsured, underinsured, and other individuals meeting the eligibility criteria outlined in the policy.
