The consolidated planning process serves as the framework for a community-wide dialogue to identify housing and community development priorities that align and focus funding from the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Programs.
Annual Action Plan
CDBG & HOME FUNDING – The City of Waco has prepared the Annual Action Plan for the 2024 program year. The plan summarizes the housing and community development activities and spending of $2,048,219 of CDBG and HOME funds for the program year beginning October 1, 2024. The public is encouraged to provide feedback during the 30-day comment period from June 24 to 5 p.m. on July 24.
