Welcome to Pet Circle Regional Animal Center! We're back open with new hours, a new look, and a new name. We've been working on some fun new things for our furry friends. All services will continue as we train our new staff members and add additional staff members. Visit us off the circle at 2032 Circle Road to find your fur-ever best friend.

Waco City Council Adopts Budget for Fiscal Year 2024-2025

On Tuesday, August 27, Waco City Council approved the budget for Fiscal Year 2024 – 2025. The new budget maintains the current property tax rate and reduces tax-supported expenses while still providing employee salary increases and delivering the same quality of core City services. The new adopted budget will go into effect starting October 1.

Spanning the Brazos: The Waco Suspension Bridge

For over 150 years, the Suspension Bridge has stood as one of Waco’s most emblematic landmarks. Originally constructed in 1870, it has served Waco as a thoroughfare for horses, cows, wagons, and automobiles. Today, the bridge continues to connect our community across the Brazos River as a pedestrian bridge. It serves as a popular destination for residents and tourists alike in the heart of Waco.

Join us at one of three educational events to learn about the importance of owning your home and the dangers of not planning for the future of your estate. City of Waco staff will teach residents about tangled titles and how to avoid them through estate planning, wills, or transfer-on-death deeds.

BFF stands for "Bring Friends and Family" - If a guest purchases one full admission ticket, they will receive a 50% discount for two additional guests! The guests must enter the Zoo at the same time.
