City of Waco Environmental Compliance protects public health and the environment by regulating nonresidential discharges to the City’s sanitary sewer system. The Pretreatment and Industrial Wastewater Program reviews applications and surveys, evaluates discharges and treatment systems, and works with businesses to correct issues before they cause blockages, treatment problems, or violations of local, State, and Federal requirements.
