73-1851 Ernesto Felan Age 22
On January 21, 1973, Ernesto Felan was found deceased inside a residence located in the 1200 block of Paul Quinn in Waco. Felan died from the result of gunshot wounds. Felan had been discharged from the US Army at Ft. Hood, Texas a couple days prior to his murder. If you know anything about the death of Ernest Felan, we would like to talk to you. 73-10923 Juan Sandoval Age 19
On April 28, 1973, shortly after midnight Sandoval was found deceased outside of Pearl’s Lounge that was located at 400 LaSalle in Waco. Sandoval died from injuries sustained in a physical altercation. Sandoval had been in a physical altercation with two individuals inside of Pearl’s Lounge approximately two hours prior to his body outside of Pearl’s Lounge. 74-15024 Cresencio Franco Age Unknown
On May 18, 1974, Franco was found stabbed in the restroom of a dance hall located at 2214 S. 15th Street in Waco. Prior to being stabbed Franco had gotten into an argument with another male inside the dance hall. Franco died as a result of this stabbing. 74-17661 Linda Faye Walker Age 23
On June 10, 1974, Linda Faye Walker was discovered deceased inside her apartment located at 100 N. 6th Street in Waco. She had been dead inside her apartment for several days. 75-26024 Charles James Cooke Age 59
Ethel Cooke Age 62
On August 4, 1975, Charles Cooke and Ethel Cooke were found deceased at 1511 South Loop in Waco at the Bar-X Motel inside the office area. Both victims’ were shot multiple times during a possible robbery. If you know anything about this case, we would like to talk to you. (Photo not available)
75-36410 Sam Dempsey Age 76
On October 26, 1975, Sam Dempsey was a victim of an Aggravated Robbery that occurred at 2428 La Salle in Waco in the office of the Lone Star Motel. Mr. Dempsey was severely beaten with an object during the robbery. Mr. Dempsey died on December 4, 1975, from the injuries that he sustained in the Aggravated Robbery. On December 25, 1975, John Harris Hurst was shot shortly after arriving at his fruit stand located at 420 Market in Waco. This incident occurred during an Aggravated Robbery. 76-17528 Willie James Duncan Age 55
On June 4, 1976, Willie James Duncan was involved in a disturbance with an unknown individual. During this disturbance Mr. Duncan was struck by the suspect and Mr. Duncan then fell to the ground striking his head possibly on a concrete curb. 78-11-36500 Antonio (Tony) Garcia also known as Manuel Reyes with nickname of “Shorty” Age 41
On November 5, 1978, shortly after midnight Garcia was involved in an argument with an unknown person while in the 800 block of S. 11th Street in Waco when Garcia was then shot several times and died at the scene. 79-01-2881 Charles Mollett Age 41
On January 28, 1979, Charles Mollett was involved in a physical altercation with possibly one to three other persons. During this altercation a firearm was discharged, and Mr. Mollett was struck one time with a bullet from the firearm. Mr. Mollett later went to a local hospital where he died on January 29, 1979.
