00-45755 Dianna Sue Armstrong Age 35
On July 16,2000, the residence that Dianna Armstrong lived in at 2200 Parrott in Waco caught fire. Ms. Armstrong received severe burns to her body from the fire and she later died from the injuries at a hospital in Dallas, Texas. The fire was determined to have been the result of an arson. On November 17, 2000, the body of Carlos Hernandez was discovered inside his residence located at 319 David in Waco. Mr. Hernandez dies from the result of multiple blunt force injuries. If you know anything about this case, we would like to talk to you. (Photo not available)

On December 10, 2000 Arcadio Justin Castillo was at 1901 Richter Avenue, sitting as a passenger inside a vehicle. An unknown person approached him while he was sitting inside the car and shot him. If you know anything about this case, we would like to speak with you.

On May 13, 2001, Orville Loving and his wife Ruby Loving were both found deceased inside of their home located at 3424 Forrester in Waco. On April 25, 2002, Jimmy Casarez was shot while he was in the area of the intersection of JJ Flewellen and Delano in Waco. On May 12, 2003, Samuel Ibarra Flores was a passenger in a motor vehicle that was in the 1000 block of Delano in Waco, when he was shot. 04-56529 Thomas Christopher Enriquez III Age 31 & Clarence Louis Hicks Age 27
On August 15, 2004, four individuals were shot outside of a residence located at 1511 North 27th Street in Waco. Thomas Enriquez was pronounced dead at the scene, Clarence Hicks was transported to a local hospital where he died at arrival. If you know anything about this case, we would like to talk to you. 04-87294 Everado Perez Age 25
On December 17, 2004, Everado Perez was in the backyard of a residence located at 1616 Herring in Waco with several other individuals. While in the backyard another male was walking in the alley behind this residence and had a verbal altercation between the people with Mr. Perez, then the suspect male fired a firearm in the direction of Mr. Perez and the others. On December 3, 2006, Nick Palacios was shot multiple times while in his vehicle in the 400 block of Lottie in Waco. After being shot Mr. Palacios vehicle then crashed into a parked vehicle. On August 18, 2007, Joel Alonso was shot multiple times while in the 2900 block of North 20th Street in Waco. Mr. Alonso was the victim of a robbery at the time that he was shot. 08-3182 Unidentified Male Age 50-60
On February 8, 2008, human remains were discovered around the 1600 block of Cherry Street in a vacant field. An autopsy revealed the remains to be that of a white male with an estimated age of 50-60 years old. Based on evidence located at the scene, we believe this male was a transient and living in a tent. If you know anything about this case, we would like to talk to you. The photos provided are a facial reconstruction developed by a forensic artist with the Texas Department of Public Safety.
