Adopted Codes

All construction shall be in conformance with the adopted minimum building standard codes and amendments. The City of Waco has adopted the following codes as of January 1, 2026, as the Minimum Building Standards Codes of the City of Waco:

Any exceptions, amendments, and deletions to the adopted codes, as well as other minimum standards, can be found in Chapter 6 of the City of Waco Code of Ordinances.
