Donate fans at your nearest fire station! With temperatures increasing and Waco officially hitting the 100-degree mark, the need for heat relief is more critical than ever. Waco Fire Department is accepting fan donations at all Fire Stations and have partnered with Mission Waco to distribute the fans to individuals and families who need them most.

A New StoryWalk® Begins at Dewey Park

On Monday, July 28, the summer camp kids at Dewey Community Center helped us unveil the brand-new StoryWalk® book at Dewey Park! The book, "Clarence's Birthday Wish," was written and illustrated by Waco Library's very own children's librarian James and the amazing summer camp kids. The celebration included a lively read-aloud of the new book, songs, movement activities, and plenty of bubbles.

BFF stands for "Bring Friends and Family" – if a guest purchases one full admission ticket, they will receive a 50% discount for two additional guests! The discount is for tickets bought at the gate only, and guests must enter the Zoo at the same time.
