Community Needs and Fair Housing Survey

The City of Waco is currently developing its five-year Consolidated Plan to improve housing options and encourage community development in the city.

Your input is essential to help us focus our efforts and the limited resources we have on the programs and services that are truly important and needed in our community and neighborhoods. Click the button below to start the 10-minute survey. The survey will close February 16, 2024.

These studies are required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the City of Waco to continue receiving Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) funds. The City uses both federal grants to support several programs and activities that benefit our residents.
