The City of Waco assures full compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Acts of 1964, the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and related statutes and regulations in all programs and activities. Any person who believes they have been subjected to unlawful discriminatory practices under Title VI or the ADA has the right to file a formal complaint.
Any such complaint must be filed in writing or in person with the City of Waco within 180 days following the date of the alleged discriminatory action.
