On the Baylor Law School faculty, Josh supervises law students serving veterans, first responders, and children through clinical programs. For his work, he received the Sandra Day O’Connor Award for Professional Service at the Supreme Court of the United States from the American Inns of Court.
Josh began his career as an assistant district attorney in Milam County, prosecuting criminal cases and serving as legal adviser to the county judge. While in private practice in Waco, he was named the Outstanding Young Lawyer of McLennan County.
A triple alumnus of Baylor University, he is married to Jennifer Borderud, the director of the Armstrong Browning Library. They have two children.
