MyWaco Account: Changes to Your Online Utility Bill

The new City of Waco utility bill portal launched today, Monday, October 27. With the new online portal you'll have more self-service options, personalized reports, a new simplified bill, and more! Online customers will need to register with the new bill portal.

Fall Back on November 2 + Smoke Alarm Reminder!

Daylight Saving Time in Texas ends at 2 a.m. on Sunday, November 2. Move your clocks back one hour. Now is also a great time to change the batteries in your home's smoke alarms! The Waco Fire Department, in partnership with the American Red Cross, will install free smoke alarms in the Waco community upon request!

Every space explorer starts somewhere – today, it’s with Dr Pepper and a big dose of curiosity. Check out the Dr Pepper Museum's Liquid Lab with Captain Atom and explore the science of soda. There’s always something exciting fizzing up in the lab.
