Hip Hop Aerobics with ShaRonda

Improve coordination, boost cardio fitness, and enjoy moving together in a high-energy, social atmosphere. Classes are offered from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Thursdays. The cost is $10/class or $30/month.
Zumba
Looking to amp up your fitness routine in a fun and high-energy group environment? Give Zumba a try for just $5/class, and dance your way to a healthier you! Classes are offered from 7-8 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays and from 6:30-7:30 p.m. on Tuesdays. Must be at least 16 years of age to participate.
Kendo Martial Arts
Kendo is the martial art of Japanese fencing and promotes physical, mental and cultural learning. Classes are offered on Saturdays. The cost is $10/month for students and $20/month for adults. Registration required.
Saturday class schedule:
- Beginners: 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
- Intermediate: 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
- Advanced: 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
