• Discuss and implement solutions for the needs of our neighborhood.
• Promote a strong sense of cooperation in our neighborhood.
• Assist and encourage the restoration, preservation, and improvement of this neighborhood

Membership Dues

Membership is open to any individual who is interested in promoting the purposes of the association. Each membership year is from January to December. Voting is available to anyone who owns or occupies a home or owns or operates a business/organization in the neighborhood. Current membership dues are:

• Individual membership (up to two votes per household) - $10
• Business/organization membership (one vote per entity) - $25
