NOTICE: The City Council of the City of Waco, Texas will meet in the Bosque Theater at 6:00 p.m. on the 16th day of June, 2026 for the passage of an ordinance authorizing the establishment of a Certificate of Obligation Note Program, execution and delivery of a Note Purchase Agreement.
