NOTICE: The City Council of the City of Waco, Texas will meet in the Bosque Theater at 6:00 p.m. on the 20th day of January, 2026 for the passage of one or more ordinances and such other action as may be deemed necessary to authorize the issuance of one or more series of the City's certificates of obligation.

Notice of Public Hearing to All Interested Persons

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing as required by the Texas Tax Code, Section 312.002 (c-1), will be held by City Council of the City of Waco at its regularly scheduled City Council meeting on December 2, 2025, at 6 p.m. concerning the approval of a resolution reauthorizing the current Residential Tax Abatement Guidelines and Policy Statement in support of further development.
