NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing as required by the Texas Tax Code, Section 312.002 (c-1), will be held by City Council of the City of Waco at its regularly scheduled City Council meeting on December 2, 2025, at 6 p.m. in the Bosque Theater at the Waco Convention Center, 100 Washington Avenue, City of Waco, Texas, 76701 concerning the following matter:
Approval of a resolution reauthorizing the current Residential Tax Abatement Guidelines and Policy Statement in support of furthering development within the City core. The reauthorized policy would be effective through December 17, 2027 and govern the abatement of City taxes on qualifying residential property and elect for the City to become eligible to participate in tax abatement.

Comments and registrations must be received no later than 12:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting.
