Notice of Consideration and Approval of Tax Abatement Agreement

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, as amended, and in accordance with Texas Tax Code, Section 312.207(c) and (d), the City Council of the City of Waco will consider the approval of a tax abatement
agreement at its regularly scheduled City Council meeting on February 3, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Waco Convention Center.

NOTICE: The City Council of the City of Waco, Texas will meet in the Bosque Theater at 6:00 p.m. on the 20th day of January, 2026 for the passage of one or more ordinances and such other action as may be deemed necessary to authorize the issuance of one or more series of the City's certificates of obligation.
