Notice About 2026 Tax Rates

This notice concerns the 2026 property tax rates for City of Waco. This notice provides information about two tax rates used in adopting the current tax year's tax rate. The no-new-revenue tax rate would Impose the same amount of taxes as last year if you compare properties taxed in both years.

Proposed Budget for Fiscal Year 2026-2027

City of Waco Proposed Budget for Fiscal Year 2026-2027 is available for public inspection. In accordance with Texas Local Government Code, Section 102.005, any person may view the Proposed Budget.

Adopted Tax Rate

City of Waco ADOPTED A TAX RATE THAT WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR'S TAX RATE.
