Funding Application

The City receives federal grants programs that support several programs and activities that benefit our residents. Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funded activities must benefit low- and moderate-income residents, eliminate slum or blight, and/or meet an urgent community need. HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) funded activities must provide affordable housing to low- and moderate-income households.

All organizations must certify they have read the Funding Guide before they submit the application.

Application Workshop

The Application Workshop is mandatory for qualified organizations to apply for funding. Click the link below to view the Application Workshop Video. All organizations must certify they have watched the Application Workshop Video or attended an in-person Workshop to access the Subrecipient Grant Management Application.
