China Spring

Purpose

China Spring Neighborhood Association is uniquely located within both Waco city limits and in the county area encompassed by the boundaries of China Spring Independent School District. The City of Waco collaborates closely with the association in projects and initiatives within the Waco city limits. China Spring Neighborhood Association was organized to:

• Enhance the livability of the neighborhood by establishing and maintaining an open line of communication and liaison among the stakeholders, government agencies and other neighborhoods.
• Provide an open process by which all members of the neighborhood may involve them-selves in the affairs of the neighborhood.
• Perform other such objectives as are approved by the board or stakeholders.

Membership Dues

Membership in the association is open to all stakeholders within the boundaries of the association. Membership is voluntary and no fees are required.
