On Monday, July 28, the kids at Dewey Community Center's summer camp helped us unveil the brand-new StoryWalk® book at Dewey Park! The book, "Clarence's Birthday Wish," was written and illustrated by Waco Library's very own children's librarian Mr. James and the amazing summer camp kids. The celebration included a lively read-aloud of the new book, songs, movement activities, and plenty of bubbles.
The StoryWalk® is now installed at Dewey Park (925 N Ninth St.), and everyone is welcome to walk the path and enjoy the interactive story about Clarence and his friends.
