Free Summer Swims

September 12, 2026

Beat the summer heat at Doris Miller Community Pool! Every Friday and Saturday, the first 50 guests each day will receive free pool entry as part of our Free Summer Swims program, made possible through a grant from the Cooper Foundation.

Microchip & Vaccination Event

September 13, 2026

All pets of City of Waco residents can receive:
• Free Microchips
• Free rabiesvaccine (if animal is already spayed/neutered)
• Free DAPP (Distemper Adenovirus Parvo Parainfluenza) vaccination
$10 rabies vaccinations if pet is not spayed/neutered, or out of city limits

Fellowship of Kings Dad Cafe Series

Waco WIC, in partnership with Starry and Waco-McLennan Public Health, is providing a weekly Dad Cafe for Fathers and Father-Figures of McLennan County who care for children ages 0-17.
