Garbage Dumpster Service

• Dumpster container sizes in 3, 4, 6, 8 and 10 cubic yards.
• Frequency of service is determined by customer needs.
• Dumpsters can be shared by two accounts, each billed separately.

Requirements

• All trash must go inside the dumpster
• Do not pile garbage on top or around the dumpster;
• No items placed on the concrete pad inside the enclosure, or items leaning against the outside.
• Extra items outside of the dumpster not be picked up.
• Do not block enclosure.
• When discarding large empty boxes, please break your boxes down flat to allow for more room in the dumpster.
• Do not force items into dumpster.

Unacceptable Items

• Concrete, rocks or dirt
• Refrigerators, freezers, or anything containing Freon
• Tires, toxic materials, or large amounts of liquids
• Explosives or ammunition

Commercial Recycling Services

• Acceptable Items are the same as Residential Curbside Services.(PDF, 5MB)
• Dumpsters or 95-gallon carts are available to commercial & nonprofit businesses for a monthly fee.
• Recycling containers are provided to each account holder. (No shared containers, please.)
• All recyclables must be inside the container, items outside will not be picked up. Do not pile recyclables on top or around the container.
• Do not place recyclables on the concrete pad inside the dumpster enclosure.
• Do not place or lean extra recyclables outside the dumpster enclosure or carts.
• Do not block enclosure or place carts near obstructions like vehicles.
• Please break your boxes down flat to allow for more room in the dumpster or cart.

Roll-Off Services

Solid Waste Department will provide roll-off container services to residents and commercial projects. Roll-off containers are larger, open top, rectangular containers for holding construction debris, brush and other larger items. Fees are based on sizing and frequency of services.

Rental Tips and Requirements

• Release of Liability(PDF, 268KB) is required to create a work order.
• Roll-Off trucks must have 50 feet of straight clear access to approach and engage the container
• All container locations must have a minimum height clearance of 25 feet.
• Roll-off containers cannot be placed on city streets or private yards.
• Its the customers responsibility to provide an accessible location for the container.
• Customers will assume responsibility for damage to the property or loss of the rental container(s).

Extra Service Fee per container: $100.49

Monthly Shared Commercial Garbage Dumpster Fees

To reduce space utilization and cost, we encourage two businesses to share a dumpster. Each business would be billed according to these fees.

Monthly Commercial Recycling Dumpster Fee

An additional fee of $100.49 will be charged per container for each extra pickup service requested or if the recycle dumpster is contaminated with non-recyclables.

Monthly Commercial Recycling Cart Fees

An additional fee of $8.75 will be charged for each extra pickup service requested or if the recycle cart is contaminated with non-recyclables.
