Update on System Migration - DELAYED
The launch of the City’s new permitting software has been delayed while our software vendor works to resolve issues identified during the transfer of information from the current system to the new system. The City is working closely with the vendor to make sure existing information is transferred accurately and the new system is working properly before it is made available to customers.
We understand that this delay may be inconvenient and appreciate your patience as we work to ensure a successful transition. Additional information will be provided as soon as a new launch date has been established.
