Enjoy this no impact / low impact group exercise program for older adults ages 55 and up. The program focuses on strength, endurance, balance and flexibility. It's a great way to improve your overall well-being in a fun and supportive environment. Classes are free and offered from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Fab Fit
Achieve your fitness goals with our Fab Fit program, which focuses on strength, conditioning and weight lifting. The cost is $5/class or $60 for a monthly pass.
Schedule:
- Mon - Sat | 10 a.m. - 11 a.m.
- Mon - Thur | 5:30 p.m. - 6:15 p.m., 6:15 p.m. - 7 p.m.
Strength Nation
Looking for a fun way to stay active? Dust off your workout shoes and get ready for some dance fitness. Classes are offered from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. The cost is $5/class.
Senior Walk
Walk your way to a healthier you with our indoor walking club for seniors. The program is offered from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., Monday through Friday. There is no cost to participate.
