Public Comment Period
The City of Waco invites all interested citizens and organizations in Waco to provide comments regarding the submission of its proposed Amended Allocation Plan of the Home Investment Partnerships American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP) program between August 14th and 29th. The total amount of grant funding to be allocated for the HOME-ARP Program is $2,543,684, an increase of $3,817 from the original allocated amount of $2,539,867.

Public Hearing
A public hearing will be held during the Waco City Council meeting on September 2, 2025. These meetings will be streamed live at mywacotv.com. The purpose of the hearing will be to provide council with public comments received on the Amended Allocation Plan. The amended plan is scheduled to be adopted by City Council on September 2, 2025. The final Amended Allocation Plan will be submitted to HUD to meet HOME-ARP Program requirements.
