Alice Martinez Rodriguez Park Groundbreaking Ceremony Published on October 06, 2025 Waco officially broke ground on the Alice Martinez Rodriguez Park on Saturday, October 4. Thank you to everyone who came to kick off the construction for the new park. The project will reimagine 30 acres of land and feature an all-abilities playground, all-wheels course, and so much more! Ironman 70.3 Waco Traffic Impact Published on September 27, 2025 The annual Ironman 70.3 Waco event is set to return on Sunday, Oct. 5th. The event, which will attract approximately 7,500 athletes and spectators and will be headquartered at Indian Spring Park. This is the seventh time the Waco has hosted the Ironman event.
