Waco-McLennan County Library has launched their new mobile app making it easier than ever to connect with the library! With the new app, library card holders have a comprehensive suite of library services available anywhere, anytime — all in one place!

• Search the catalog and discover new books, movies, and more!
• Get personalized recommendations and updates on new arrivals based on your reading preferences.
• Use self-checkout from the app to borrow items in seconds.
• Manage checkouts, holds, and fines, so that you never miss a due date.
• Renew items and place holds, so that you always have your next book lined up.
• Access the library’s collection of eBooks, audiobooks, and other digital resources. (Third-party apps may be required.)
• View upcoming events to stay informed about all the free and exciting programs happening at all four library locations.

Getting Started

Downloading the app is simple. Search “WMCL” in the App Store or Google Play to download the app today. While you can browse the catalog without a card, you’ll need an active library card and PIN/password to log in and unlock the app’s full suite of features.

The best part? The app is completely free to download and use. It’s compatible with most smartphones and tablets running current versions of iOS or Android.

Families can also link multiple accounts within one app to manage your family member’s checkouts, holds, and fines.
