Decorative Element

Beginning August 4, 2026, American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters will no longer be provided during Waco City Council meetings. To continue supporting accessibility, closed captioning will be available during all City Council broadcasts. For in-person attendees, closed captioning access is available through City-provided iPads.

The City of Waco remains committed to ensuring public participation and access to local government. Persons with disabilities who plan to attend public meetings and need auxiliary aids or services should contact the ADA Coordinator at least 3 business days before the scheduled meeting so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
