About Us

Communications & Marketing facilitates effective internal and external communications through MyWacoTV and video productions, the City of Waco website and intranet, City social media platforms, City newsletters (digital and print), press releases, media advisories, and various printed materials and publications.

Our mission is to educate, inform, entertain and involve residents in their local government and promote Waco's positive image.

MyWacoTV

MyWacoTV offers innovative programming, including our We Are Waco video series, City Beat news stories, and fun PSAs, in addition to fulfilling our responsibility to bring local government meetings to our residents.

The City of Waco brand guidelines provide the framework for our city government and for external partners to ensure our communication inclusively and effectively reaches our residents, businesses, and visitors.
