The City of Waco is in Stage 2 of our Drought Contingency Plan as of July 13, 2022 limiting water use.
Bledsoe-Miller Community Center (300 N. M.L.K., Jr. Blvd.) provides a variety of classes, programs and camps throughout the year. The center includes a gym with updated equipment, a banquet room, meeting rooms, computer lab and a wellness center. For information on programs and events, call (254) 750-8684.
Looking to amp up your fitness routine in a fun and high-energy group environment? Give Zumba a try for just $3/class, and dance your way to a healthier you! Classes are offered from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Must be at least 16 years of age to participate.
Kendo Martial Arts
Kendo is the martial art of Japanese fencing and promotes physical, mental and cultural learning. Classes are offered on Wednesdays and Saturdays through December 28. The cost is $10/month for students and $20/month for adults. Registration required.

Bledsoe-Miller Community Center's computer lab offers a quiet workspace that is available for public use at no cost. The lab is open during the center's regular operating hours, with some exceptions. Please note the lab is closed when after-school care programs and youth camps are taking place.
