The City of Waco is moving from its legacy HTE system to SpryPoint’s modern Customer Information System (CIS) to improve billing accuracy, streamline processes, and enhance the customer experience.
The Go-Live date was extended to allow more time for testing, billing validation, and system integration—ensuring accuracy and avoiding service disruptions. Staff and SpryPoint partners are working diligently to complete validation and resolve issues.
