UrbanREAP UrbanREAP is a Mission Waco urban project initiative born from the Green Mountain Energy Sun Club grant. Founded around the time Jubilee Food Market was acquired by Mission Waco, the idea behind the project was to create a food ecosystem where fresh produce and garden plants are grown, providing food, nature, and education to the community.
