              4.               5. A 2.752 acre tract of land in the Archibald Heron Survey, Abstract 404, and the Benjamin J. Baxter Survey, Abstract 102, being a portion of Val Verde Road.              
These properties are located along Val Verde Road, and further located within Waco’s Extraterritorial Jurisdiction.
