Chinese Cooking: Beyond Wok-ing

This course will meet on MCC campus Monday evenings from 6 to 8 pm beginning February 1st and ending February 22nd.

Move beyond Chinese stir-fry basics to discover more complex Cantonese dishes! Instructor Dennis Tang teaches students how to steam, stew, blanch and fry traditional dim sum.
