This course will meet on MCC campus Wednesday evenings from 5:30 to 6:30 pm beginning January 20th and ending February 24th.

Seeking an alternative to the busy gym setting? Sun style Tai Chi introduces the student to a form of exercise that improves balance and relaxation with an emphasis on slowing life's pace. With instructor Lori Wiseheart, learn warm-up exercises, eight low-impact Tai Chi movements and breathing techniques. The benefits of Tai Chi include increased balance, arthritis pain reduction, stress reduction and fall prevention. Tai Chi Level 1 is a prerequisite for Tai Chi Levels 2, 3 and 4.
