Mind & Body Aerobics

This course will meet on MCC campus Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:30 to 6:30 pm beginning January 19th and ending March 17th.

Burn fat, shape muscles and get a cardiovascular workout in this low-impact aerobics class. Sue Johnson is a favorite instructor, and she will get you moving to the music and toward your conditioning goals.
