Weight Training

This course will meet on MCC campus on Mondays and Wednesday evenings from 5:20 to 6:45 pm beginning January 11th and ending April 27th.

This course introduces weight lifting programs that will increase strength and endurance and enhance the appearance of men and women. It emphasizes the use of free weights and circuit training on various types of weight machines. Learn the safe and scientific use of weights to develop strength, power, endurance and flexibility.
