The Online Account Access system (Click2Gov Utility Billing) has recently been updated and security has been enhanced. If you previously had an online account (existing users), click Online Account Access below, then click Login and follow the on-screen instructions to migrate your account to the new system. New users will click Online Account Access below, then click New User and follow the on-screen instructions.
