How To Get Started in the New My Waco Water Portal
All customers will need to setup / re-setup their accounts for online access in the My Waco Water portal. Don't worry! It's super easy. All you'll need is your account number (found on your bill) and the street number of your residence.
How To Set Up Your Account in the New My Waco Water Portal
For first-time access, you will need the following information:
***Customers wanting to continue to utilize recurring payments (auto pay) must setup their online account access in the new My Waco Water portal and re-setup autopay to continue to have their accounts paid automatically.***
PLEASE NOTE: The My Waco Water portal works well with almost any browser, except Internet Explorer. If you are experiencing problems with My Waco Water and are using Internet Explorer, we recomend using one of the many excellent free browser alternatives, such as: Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Opera, or Safari.
