HIV/AIDS Services provides free, anonymous and confidential HIV antibody testing and Syphilis testing by appointment but walk-ins are welcome if appointments are available. Please see clinic hours. Rapid HIV testing is free at outreach events.

The Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA) program provides housing assistance for people living with HIV/AIDS. In order to qualify for this program, you must have been diagnosed with HIV/AIDS, live in Bosque, Fall, Freestone, Hill, Limestone or McLennan County and meet certain income standards. The HIV Case Management program will determine if you meet the income eligibility standards for the program. HOPWA services are available to all persons who qualify for the assistance, regardless of their race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, familial status, or handicap. Disease Reporting for Providers
HIV Case Management can provide prevention and education programs and have a staff of experienced case managers to help with direct client services, including an early intervention clinic, dental assistance, transportation assistance, nutritional assistance, emergency rental and utility payments for those eligible (HOPWA), and assistance in paying for medications. The health district offers HIV/AIDS Services to individuals in Bosque, Falls, Freestone, Hill, Limestone and McLennan Counties.
Case Management clients may be asked to pay a co-pay if they receive assistance for medical care and health insurance. The co-pay will based on client income.
