Purpose

Kendrick Neighborhood Association was organized to:

• Foster and promote a strong sense of cooperation and neighborliness between residents, businesses and institutions in the Kendrick neighborhood.
• Assist and encourage the preservation and improvement of the neighborhood.
• Restore a feeling of security and respect of young and and old alike.

Meeting Information

Neighborhood association meetings are held at 6 p.m. on the first Monday of every even numbered month at South Waco Community Center, 2815 Speight Avenue.

Membership Dues

Membership in the association is open to any individuals that own or occupy a home or own and operate a business and to institutions within the neighborhood. Current membership dues are $5 per person, couple, business or organization.
