The Waco Animal Shelter is proud to partner with BISSELL Pet Foundation and Cathy Bissell for another round of Empty The Shelters National Adoption Event!
Through July 31st, dogs and cats over one-year-old are FREE to adopt, and puppies and kittens under one-year-old are only $50 to adopt!
This incredible opportunity includes spay/neuter surgery, microchipping, and vaccines.
