Historic Preservation Workshop

The City of Waco, Historic Landmark Preservation Commission (HLPC), and Rapoport Academy invite you to join us for an in-depth look at Waco history, tax incentives, preservation credits, and other programs for the preservation of historic structures.

Panel members include state and local tax credit professionals, and experts in the field of historic architecture, urban planning, downtown revitalization, and local history. Business owners, entrepreneurs, real estate professionals, redevelopment officials, and other interested parties in preservation are welcome.

Come be a part of East Waco and Downtown, where preserving the past moves us forward!

Registration includes informational lectures, morning coffee & refreshments, light snacks, and a guided bus tour of East Waco and Downtown (optional).
