Request for Bids – RFB 2022-086, Bulk Cement Material. Sealed Bids will be accepted at the City of Waco’s Operations Center, 1415 N. 4th Street, Waco, TX until 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, November 16, 2022. The City of Waco has issued this solicitation for Public Works - Streets Department for the supply of Bulk Cement Material used for road and street maintenance, general construction, and fill requirements.
