Title VI Complaint Procedures

The City of Waco is committed to assuring nondiscrimination in its programs and activities. Citizens should report incidents of discrimination on the grounds of race, color, national origin, sex, age, disability, or income status.

All complaints must be in writing and directed to the City of Waco, Human Resources Office or by e-mail to either to Missie Pustejovsky or Julie Durham; or by fax to (254) 750-5737; or by mail to P.O. Box 2570, Waco, TX. 76702-2570. Complaints will be forwarded to the appropriate state or Federal Agency for investigation within 10 calendar days of receipt.
