The Waco-McLennan County Public Health District and American Medical Response have partnered to provide FREE training. These three important trainings in one session will help you save a life.

  1. Hands-Only CPR Training - Chest compressions push oxygen through the body to keep vital organs alive and buys time until help arrives.
  2. Stop the Bleed Training - The number one cause of preventable death after injury is bleeding. That's why we want to train you how to Stop the Bleed!
  3. AED Training (Automated External Defibrillators) - An AED delivers an electric shock to help restore an abnormal heart rhythm back to normal. CPR combined with an AED provides the best chance to save a life.
