Our Facilities

In December 2008, WCCC-TV operations moved into an all new, totally digital and High Definition production facility on the first floor of City Hall. The production room features three Final Cut Pro Studio HD Mac Pro Edit Suites where the video shot on Sony EX-1 HD cameras is transferred from the digital cards to the computers for editing. Completed projects are stored on a 10TB server networked to each edit suite as well as the Rushworks HD MasterPlay automated playback system.

MasterPlay directs the HD programming to the digital HD transmitter and a down-converted SD signal that is transmitted digitally through the same fiber to both Time Warner and Grande Communications cable companies. The studio features all LED LitePanel dimmable lighting as well as three Sony robotic HD cameras. The studio has several constructed sets as well as full chroma key capabilities. An audio recording area used for voice-overs and radio program productions, finishes out the studio.
