The Waco Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association will host the annual Waco Police Memorial Run on May 7, 2011.

The Police Memorial Run is held each year to commemorate those officers that were killed in the line of duty and in recognition for our officers that put their lives on the line everyday in service for our community and Nation.

The Memorial Run is a family event that consists of a 5K and 1K run, starting and ending at the Redwood Shelter in Cameron Park.

The Waco Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association is a non-profit organization.

All proceeds will help support our officers in community policing and community relation events.

(2300 Cameron Park Drive, Waco)

Entry Fee (1K & 5K):

$15 per person before April 29th
$20 per person after April 29th
Each registrant will receive a souvenir t-shirt.

Packet Pickup:

Packets may be picked up on Race Day Only beginning at 7:30 am

Race Map:

Race maps will be given with each registration on race day.

Awards:

1K Run: Trophies will be awarded to the top (3) three male and female finishers.

5K Run: Trophies will be awarded in the overall male and female winner and the top (3) three male and female finishers in the following age groups: 10 & under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65 and over.
