Notice is hereby given that the City of Waco Plan Commission will go into Executive Session in accordance with the following provisions of the Government Code:  Section 551.071(1)(A) pending or contemplated litigation; Section 551.071(2) Attorney-Client privilege/relationship.

It is the opinion of the City Attorney's office that this meeting is being held
and conducted in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
