2. ETJ - Final Plat of the William James and Rebecca S. Crow Addition, Lot 1, Block 1 Conduct a public hearing to receive comments on a variance request to the Waco Subdivision Ordinance to delete the requirement to construct street, drainage, and water improvements along the frontage of Lake Drive; and a flood study must be performed to establish 100 yr flood plain elevations and the floodplain must be shown on the plat within the plat entitled: “ETJ - Final Plat of the William James and Rebecca S. Crow Addition, Lot 1, Block 1, to the City of Waco, McLennan County, Texas (Crow)
